Um... I'd hate to say they forgot... I mean, I wanted to be nice and say happy birthday, but I wasn't very sure if the gesture was appreciated due to our past of arguing... I'm sure there was some people who felt the same.
Oh, and as an update, someone did remember. Be sure to thank them x3
It's nice that you found this; but this is something you should be showing to Ainlina and um... Passionstar, I think. They handle the coords on the wikia.
I wanted to let you know that we've put you under a three-week ban.
Please don't take this the wrong way; but we'd like you to think about the things that you have said on this wiki. We've talked to you and closed down comment threads a few times now, so we're banning you for a bit. We've warned you a few times, and I just recently closed something down today.
I know that you're a kind person, it's just that you like to have heated debates with others that can sometimes turn into comments that don't mean to be offensive, but some people can interpret it to be offensive.
Please think before you type. As an admin, and the founder, one of my most important jobs is to keep this wiki peaceful. All I would like for this wikia is to be avhappy community, especially since our anniversary is drawing near us. To do this, all of us should think before we type.
To be honest with you, we are not attacking you, or banning you from ever speaking your opinion. Just think before you type, and calmly type what you thought. If you strongly disagree with something, that's okay. However, it's not okay to say that another person's opinion is wrong, as anyone and everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
Thank you for your contributions so far, and we hope that you will keep editing for us. Every user on this wiki is important, including you! :)
Yeah x3 I love Yomi. But I also like a lot of characters from the game.
Anyway, I'm not really sure I should mention it. It's not that I don't want to tell you, but it's rating is sorta on the... adult side, for being really... adult-y XD I'd hate to get into trouble if younger viewers happen to try to find out more about it.
I'm sorry Miku, but I just don't think it is a good idea. The game is really graphic and if you were trying to find anything about her - I'm not exactly sure what you may actually find. I kinda don't want to be held responsible if you see something bad, surely you can understand that right?
This is a couple of weeks late, as I was supposed to leave you this when it all initially kicked off, but irl stuff has prevented me. Regardless, despite the fact that you've been relatively quiet and being pleasant towards users on the wikia as of late; I'm still obliged to inform you of this warning.
Basically, this is mainly because of how you acted towards other users regarding their opinions on Falulu. You were using caps, being fairly hostile towards other users, and creating a negative environment in the comments section - something we really try to not facilitate on this wiki. And, also, because of the issue Hanui confronted you about below which I was fairly offended by. Even if you didn't know what it meant, you probably should have looked it up first or just used another phrase you were 100% comfortable with the meaning of. In lower-case letters.
Anyway, because of the way you were acting at this time, which as I've already stated doesn't reflect your more recent behaviour; you are on your final warning. If you cause any more issues on this wikia, you will be banned indefinitely until we can figure out an appropriate timeframe for the ban. Depending on how serious the issue is (and taking into account the number of incidents that stemmed from you previously), it may even be a permanent ban, which isn't something any admin enjoys doing. Of course, this by no means indicates you're definitely going to get banned, assuming you act in a way that abides the rules of the wiki.
Always think before you type, and only ever use caps when you're excited - not angry. Your problem seems to be that you can't control what you type when you're angry or heated about somebody else's opinion. Remember that just because somebody has different views to you, it doesn't mean that you have the right to start an argument with them over it. Just stick to your opinions and if anybody else sees something differently, leave them to it.
Like I said though, you've been really friendly and calm on the wiki since all of the above incidents closed, and there's no way you'll get banned if you keep that up!
Thanks for taking the time to read this, and I genuinely hope that this is the last warning any of us needs to give you.
Banned?! But never I would try to be rude or offensive!! Never I would create troubles by purpose?! I would NEVER do something bad to the others! Never!! I'm not a bad person!!! I wou!d never do something bad to the others! I would NEVER!!!
I never said you were a bad person, so please calm down. I'm just saying, even though you don't mean to, you come off as slightly rude and abrasive when you get heated about something.
Like now, for instance. Please don't start yelling at me.
However, I wanted to talk to you about an issue about a certain comment thread on Aroma's page. I noticed that while you were replying to someone else's reply to your own comment, you told them to "calm your ___." I did see that you edited it out later, so thank you.
That kind of language here isn't okay. PriPara is an anime targeted towards little girls, and it's PG. To keep along with the show, this wiki is also PG. Because of this, we have a rule that says that things should be kept all-age friendly.
I know that you are a nice person, but you are quite passionate when it comes to your opinion. That's okay. However, like I've said to you before, this community is a family. And to keep everyone here happy and peaceful like a family, you should think before you type.
This is just a warning; so I'm just asking you to not do this again.
Miku, we love that you're with us in this community, okay? So to make sure that we're all in harmony with each other, think before you type.
Because this isn't an issue of the PriPara Wiki and I wish to not cause them trouble with affairs that aren't theirs, I'm going to be frank. Miku, the reason I banned you wasn't for personal reasons. I have received complaints from various users involving you and on top of that you have been acting out of line with several other users as well. Please take this week to reflect on that and know that there are repercussions for behavior like that. Also please don't take this matter into other wikis. If you have anything you'd like to address me in concern to this then please wait until your block is up.
I was really sad when I heard that you got banned. I actually feel a bit guilty because, well, it was partly my comment which caused it. I don't want to argue again with you and get myself or you into trouble, so to prevent further arguments among us, remember this:
I am Aira crazy. A lot of the time I will post some comments about Aira, sometimes comparing her to other characters. I know that some other users, including you, may not like this. If you don't like what another user said, unless he/she said something really rude or offending, try to ignore it. If you can't, then express your opinion in a calm way, don't use caps or bold, because it looks like you're screaming and shouting, and that will just make the other side angry. If you don't like Aira, instead of saying (this is just an example) :
"I hate aira why are you always saying aira is superior? YOU'VE MENTIONED HER SO MANY TIMES I'M SICK OF IT SHE ISN'T BETTER THAN MIA SO SHUT UP" (you didn't really do that but that's just an example)
Say:
"Well I still prefer Mia personally because _________.I think aira is mentioned too much and the other characters deserve a bit of spotlight too. But that's just my opinion"
The second one sounds a lot more nice and mature, and an argument is far less likely to start. Commenting is fine but if it turns mean or hostile, the admins will have to step in to close comment threads or maybe even issue bans. If it keeps happening then Hanui might even have to stop the commenting thing altogether, and I don't want that, I don't think you do either.
I'm really sorry about lecturing you. I know that several users have spoken to you about this, here and on the Aikatsu wiki. I really don't want you to have lots of messages like this on your wall, because it's really annoying for you. So please reply to this message after you are allowed to edit again!
I really hope that you're not mad at me, and that we'll get along better in the future, because after all, we're all part of the PriPara wiki! Everyone is a friend, everyone is an idol!
I'm sorry too,but its just she start to annoys me (Aira, but don't take this personally!). I try to not sound mean or rude but sometimes everyone always think I'm the category of those negatives persons who are always rude to someone but its not!
I know it's hard, but try to ignore the Aira comments that I put sometimes, I really didn't want to annoy you, and I don't want to be involved in arguments. It's okay not to like a character, but if you keep saying you hate that character, an argument might start up because probably the chara you don't like has a lot of fans too. I know you don't mean to be rude - you just like voicing your opinion, but if you respond to another user's comments too harshly, the other side will get mad at you. Anyway I don't want to fight with you again, and I'm really sorry for lecturing you
Hi Miku, I wanted to let you know that we've put you under a one-week ban.
Please don't take this the wrong way; but we'd like you to think about the things that you have said on this wiki. We've talked to you and closed down comment threads a few times now, so we're banning you for a bit. Your comments on some pages can be somewhat harsh, and this has happened multiple times.
Personally, I believe that you are a nice person, it's just that you like to enforce your opinion. That's okay, but saying negative things about the other person's opinion isn't okay.
So, please think before you type. As an admin, one of my jobs is to keep this wiki peaceful. All I would like for this wikia is to be a successful, happy community. To do this, all of us should think before we type.
To be honest with you, we are not attacking you, or banning you from ever speaking your opinion. Just think before you type, and calmly type what you thought.
Thank you for your edits so far, and we hope that you will keep editing for us. Every editor, contributor, and viewer on this wikia is important, including you! :)
I know you are not attacking me,but banning me,for me sounds kind of hurtful and...Like I'm the sort of a not really kind person who like being negative, but its just I try to not be rude nor mean but banning me is for me a bad idea, because it makes me feel I'm really a bad person and my friends and others are saying I'm not. I have the impression to always be lectured when I say something when I not try to be mean.
Miku, no offense (I say this as an Admin only) but when someone has to be banned, it is because they have done something bad. It does not matter who they are or if it hurts their feelings, and it isn't even anything personal. You made a mistake, and everyone agreed that it was for the best to punish you, as you have missbehaved a few times already.
Again, I say this as an Admin would. It isn't personal, because we have been getting along well lately and I have nothing against you.
Don't take it to heart - no one is saying you're a bad person. No one has said you're a bad person, so please don't think that as we all know you're not.
I genuinely believe that you do try to not be mean, it's just occasionally when you get passionate about a subject you can come off as a bit abrasive and shout-ey (caps). Although you might not mean to, you do, and it can put users in uncomfortable positions. We don't want other users feeling uncomfortable being on the wiki, as we try and maintain a peaceful/friendly environment.
Again, though - please don't take it to heart because we all know you're not a bad person, and stating opinions is totally fine. It's just how they come across is when things can get a little heated.
No one here thinks that you are a bad person, Miku. I don't, the admins don't, and even the other users here don't.
I am sorry if the ban may have hurt your feelings. And we understand that you fit in here quite well, it's just that you are very passionate (I'm going to quote Castiyes here) and that can make things slightly awkward.
Remember, at this wiki we are family, and we all care about each other.
